Banas aka Joyboy Most of the behind-the-scene footage
of the New York location work of the Prologue
that is featured in West Side Story: Memories,
found on disc 2 of the Special Edition, was shot
by Robert Banas with his 8mm camera. Having
worked previously with both Robbins and
cameraman, Daniel Fapp, neither minded Banas
bringing his camera and allowed him to film.
